Who we are

Meadowlark Concierge is a life and lifestyle concierge service for older adults, founded by Andrea Dunseth, LSCSW, LCSW, LICSW, and serving the Kansas City metro area. This policy explains what we collect through meadowlarkconcierge.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What you give us

We collect information only when you choose to send it. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, your relationship to the person you are asking about, the community they have moved into, how you heard about us, and whatever you would like us to know. Our needs form asks your name, email, phone, and your answers to three questions. Nothing on this site requires you to create an account, and we do not ask for payment details through the website.

Information about someone else

Most people who contact us are asking on behalf of a parent or another family member, so what you send often describes someone other than yourself. Please share only what is necessary to start a conversation, and only where you have that person’s agreement or the authority to act for them.

This website is not a patient portal and is not a secure channel for clinical or medical records. Please do not send medical history, diagnoses, insurance details, financial account numbers, or government identification numbers through these forms. If we need that kind of detail, we will arrange a more appropriate way to collect it.

What is collected automatically

Our website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request details in order to serve pages, defend the site, and report aggregate performance and traffic figures. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not use Google Analytics, Meta pixels, or similar third-party profiling tools.

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated scripts. When you submit a form, our mail service records your IP address briefly so that one source cannot flood us with messages; that record is discarded within an hour.

How we use what you send

To reply to you, to understand whether we can help, to arrange a free consultation, and to keep our own records of enquiries we have received. We do not send marketing email to people who have simply filled in a form, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Who else sees it

Your message is delivered to an email address controlled by Andrea Dunseth. Along the way it passes through service providers who act on our behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and routes our email, and Brevo, which delivers the message. We may also share information where we are required to by law, or where we reasonably believe someone is at risk of serious harm.

If we ever need to pass your information to another professional, such as a care manager, attorney, or provider, we will ask you first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email records for as long as they are useful to the relationship, and are deleted on request. Short-lived technical records, such as the anti-spam rate limit, are discarded within an hour. Cloudflare keeps its own logs under its own retention schedule.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS, forms are submitted over an encrypted connection, and credentials for our mail service are held outside the public web directory. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal information; ask us and we will honour what applies to you.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
